OK, they aren't really the competition. In fact I'd like to promote these shows,. Both are being held at Bookmans Entertainment Exchange here in Flagstaff:

August 6, 2011 ~ Matthew Henry Hall ~ My buddy Matt will be filling in for me at the monthly free music event we host at Bookmans. Matt is my favorite local songwriter and an amazing, mulit-talented artist, illustrator, cartoonist, poet, songwriter, novelist, and... I'm sure I am forgetting something. Go see Matt and pick-up Phoebe and Chub, his beautiful picture book that features a cast of animal characters hanging out in the Grand Canyon.
Matt will also be filling in on Sunday, August 7th at 2:00pm for my regular Bookmans "grown-up" gig. That will be worth a trip out as well. He has some killer original tunes, and he is sure to have you laughing and crying all in the same set.
