My close friend Craig Yarbrough finally has a website. I've been urging him to get "on the web" for a long, long time. He's been dragging his feet and instead has probably been doing exactly what he should be doing - practicing guitar.
Craig is the founder and director of our Grand Canyon Guitar Society. As busy as he is with that project, Craig has got his fingers (literally) on a number of other worthwhile projects, among which is a regular gig doing music therapy here in Flagstaff.
Why am I posting this? I think it needs to be a little more known that Craig is more than a music educator. He is probably on of the finest classical guitarists in all of Arizona. He is dedicated to the art of tone production like no other guitarist I have ever met. And while it may be true that Craig is primarily a classical musician, he has a very wide palette of sounds and styles from which he draws inspiration. (OK. Let me put it another way. My buddy is a hardcore Deadhead!)
A lot of people ask me who they should call for music here in Northern Arizona. If you need some instrumental music of the finest quality for an event such as a wedding or corporate dinner, Craig is the person you should call. If you're looking for professional quality guitar instruction, Craig is the person you should call. And now that he has his own website, he is certainly a lot easier to find.

Chuck, you are too kind!
If I were to talk about the finest singer-songwriter in the American Southwest, the name that comes to mind is Chuck Cheesman. But, to write these words after reading such a kind and glowing review on your blog, it might seem that I'm only returning the favor. You won't find finer musician and a greater gentleman amongst gentleman than Chuck. Thanks for prodding me along to move into the 21st Century (I got my first Cell Phone in 2010, so that tells you where I am in the world!) by setting up my website!
Check out Chuck's new Children's CD, and look for coming CD Release Parties!
I've said it before, I'll say it again-
"Chuck Rocks!"
